This event will be posted to multiple bidding platforms. Prebids will be accepted. The auctioneer will continue and close bidding for each lot during our Online Simulcast Event June 17th starting at 4pm EST.
All items are being sold AS IS. Items may be physically viewed Monday June 16th 2025 from 3PM to 6PM EST at Auctions On 309 4129 Elida Road, Lima, OH 45807. All items are in various states of condition and the seller/auctioneer will not attest to any before bid. Bidders have the chance to view items on preview day. If you have questions about the item(s) you are bidding on, ASK BEFORE YOU BID!!!! All sales are final, no returns, no refunds.
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, ALL FIREARMS ASSUMED TO BE FUNCTIONAL BUT HAVE NOT BEEN INDIVIDUALLY FIRED/TESTED.
All firearms and serialized receivers - unless classified as antique or black powder - will require an FFL or 4473 to transfer. If you delay after your NICS background check, you will simply pick up your firearm(s) at a later date. If you deny after your NICS background check, you will NOT take possession of your firearm(s), your payment will be refunded to you, and we will maintain possession.
* Bidder must be 18 years or older to buy a long gun. Bidder must be 21 years or older to buy a hand gun.
* Auctioneer will accept C&R FFLs on applicable lots.

* PICKUP: Winning bidders must pick up their own firearms and must bring a current government-issued photo ID to complete background check/transfer paperwork. No one else may pick up any firearm on behalf of a winning bidder. If you have a current Ohio CCW, please bring that, but we will still run the NICS background check.
* SHIPPING: Winning bidders must complete background check/transfer paperwork. Bidder agrees to request shipping ahead of time and provide preferred FFL information. WE WILL NOT reach out to your FFL, please do so and have them email us their license at Contact@AuctionsOn309.com Thank You.
* Please keep in mind when purchasing ammunition that it is heavy and that the shipping and handling may exceed the purchase price.
