THIS IS AN EARLY BRASS POWDER FLASK MARKED OR EMBOSSED WITH "PUBLIC PROPERTY" AND A BUGLE. THE ITEM HAS NICKS, DENTS AND AN OLD PATINA. THE STRAP LOOPS ARE ALL THERE AND THE SPRING IS ON THE TOP. SEE PHOTO'S ON THIS HISTORIC PIECE FROM THE PLAINS OF SOUTH DAKOTA. ITS REALLY AS FOUND FROM YEARS OF STORAGE. SEE ALL PHOTO'S
