PLEASE REVIEW THE AUCTION DETAILS BEFORE ENTERING THE AUCTION. Please note that BEARISTRY AUCTION HOUSE PARTNERS WITH A LOCAL THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING COMPANY FOR ALL DELIVERIES. After you pay your invoice, the shipping company will contact you with details about your shipment. Please note that shipping costs are separate from your invoice total, and Bearistry Auction House does not handle in-house shipping. By placing a bid, you agree to these terms.
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our online auctions. PLEASE READ THEM BEFORE registering or placing any bids. By participating, YOU AGREE to abide by these Terms.
ELIGIBILITY | You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in our auctions. All registration information must be accurate and complete. Providing false or incomplete information may result in disqualification.
BIDDING PROCESS | All bids are FINAL and binding. If you win an auction, you are required to complete payment within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the item and restriction from future participation.
DESCRIPTIONS AND CONDITION | ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, but Bearistry Auction House makes no warranties or guarantees regarding authenticity, origin, age, quality, medium, or provenance. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions or request additional information prior to bidding. THE BUYER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ASSESSING THE VALUE AND CONDITION OF ITEMS.
PAYMENTS AND FINALITY | Payments must be made within the designated timeframe using the methods specified in the auction details. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.
LIABILITY | Bearistry Auction House is not liable for any damages, disputes, or issues arising from your participation in the auction or the use of purchased items. We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or errors during the auction process. In the event of modification, suspension, or termination of an auction, our liability is limited to refunding registration or bidder fees, if applicable. Bearistry Auction House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any auction at our sole discretion, and any changes will be communicated promptly.

Once payment is complete, no further action is needed from you; the shipping company will reach out to arrange delivery. Shipping costs may vary based on your location. Generally, the farther you are from our base in Los Angeles, California, the higher the shipping costs will be. Bearistry Auction House does not control these shipping rates.
Once payment is made (ALLOW 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING), items will be delivered to the UPS Store at 120 N Maclay Ave D, San Fernando, CA 91340. Bearistry Auction House does not handle shipping inquiries or assume responsibility for shipping-related issues, including loss or damage. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THEIR PACKAGE. For shipping inquiries, please contact the UPS Store at 818.606.0219 or auction7635@gmail.com.
FOR SHIPPING | After payment is processed, the UPS Store will contact you to discuss shipping options and costs. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING AND COVERING THE SHIPPING COST. The UPS Store accepts payment via credit card or Square link. If you prefer not to provide this information, YOU MAY PURCHASE YOUR OWN SHIPPING LABEL AND EMAIL IT TO THE UPS STORE; THEY WILL PACK AND SHIP THE ITEMS. If this is not acceptable, please refrain from bidding in this auction, as these are the only available shipping options.
FOR PICKUPS | After payment is processed (TYPICALLY 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS), items will be delivered to the UPS Store at 120 N Maclay Ave D, San Fernando, CA 91340. The UPS Store will contact you to schedule a pickup time. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT, AS YOUR ITEMS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE. There is no cost for pickup.
PAYMENT POLICY | We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards as the exclusive methods of payment. When making a purchase, please ensure you have one of these accepted cards available for the transaction. We do not accept any other forms of payment at this time.
