All firearm purchases will be coordinated with The Auctions Group's selected local Federal Firearms Dealer. The FFD will be responsible for conducting all required background checks and completing the required paperwork for each firearm transfer. For out-of-state buyers, the selected FFD will coordinate with the buyer's local FFD for delivery of the purchased item. A $30.00 charge, in addition to the buyer's premium, will be accessed for each firearm purchased to cover the cost of the background check, all paperwork, and shipping cost. Shipment will be by overnight air for pistols, and by U.S. Postal service for rifles as required. A non-refundable charge of $50.00 will be accessed for each firearm purchased if the buyer fails the background check. The Auction Group recommends that you not bid on any firearm if you feel you will fail a background check by the FFD.
