We only accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. We currently do not offer any other payment methods for online bidders. We will call you within 24 hours of auction end to take credit card information and process payment for hammer price and buyers premium. We will then invoice you via proxibid for the total amount due including, hammer price, buyer's premium, shipping and handling fees within 72 hours. We will follow up within 24 hours of then with a phone call to take your credit card information a second time and charge the shipping & handling unless you instruct us to use the card you gave us the first time for these charges.. Please do not e-mail credit card information as we do not want to store this information. Will Charge a $35 Service Fee to any winning bidder whose credit card is declined for payment and/or other charges due. Any payment not received within 72 Hours will be reported to Proxibid as a non-paying bidder and charged a $50 fee. Any payment not received within 30 days will be sent to collections. Items will be shipped within 5 business days from time payment is received. All sales are completely final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. No exceptions. We ship small sized items via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes w/ full insurance. If they are too large for flat rate boxes they are considered a medium sized item and will be shipped via USPS priority mail (non-flat rate) w/full insurance. Larger items, those that USPS would charge a balloon charge to ship, are typically shipped via UPS w/full insurance. Very large items are available for local pickup our of our drive-in facility in Libertyville, IL (which includes a loading dock for semi-truck access. You must arrange for your own shipping (including pickup from our facility) for these items. We charge a handling fee of $5 for small items, $10 for medium items, $20 for large items and no charge for any item picked up at our Libertyville facility. We are not responsible for any errors regarding online bidding, the application, nor the accepting of online bids. We are not liable for any actual or perceived losses of any kind related to bidding at our auctions for any reason, in any form, online or otherwise.
