Stamped on barrel-Manufactured by Winchester Reapeating Arms C0 New Haven Conn USA Patent June 26, '88. Dec 6, '92, Nov 27, '08, May 30, '11. Under trigger stamped 603791, front sight stamped "Pat Nov 4, '02". Well cared for-passed down from owner's grandparents. RIFLE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP MONDAY JULY 21, 2020 @SHARPSHOOTERS 1345 Rutherford Rd, Greenville, SC 29609. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $30 TRANSFER FEE!!

IF BUYING FIREARMS READ THIS FIRST!! Firearm Pickup Info: FFL REQUIREMENT. Buyer is responsible for $30 transfer fee plus any other fees-including shipping to out of state vendor for pickup. Firearm will be picked up at Sharp Shooters, 1345 Rutherford Rd., Greenville SC 29609 Monday, July 20, 2020. Proof of purchase and ID to claim purchase is required. Only the purchaser can pick up the firearm.
Mahalo Auctions is not responsible for items damaged in transit to shipper. Please do not leave negative feedback for shipping fees-Mahalo Auctions has no control over this. Fees are between the bidder & UPS. We do NOT charge shipping customers to transport to UPS. After delivery to shipper, all transactions from that point are between the winning bidder and the shipper. Please read all Terms and Conditions before bidding.
Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders immediately following each auction. Family members and/or employees of Mahalo Auctions are allowed to bid. A 15% buyers premium will be added to all purchased lots and any applicable SC state sales tax. Invoices to be paid immediately following the close of the auction per the payment instructions. Unless prior arrangements are made, any credit card payment that is declined will be charged a $10.00 fee per transaction. Any items remaining unpaid 24 hours after the end of the auction will be forfeited to Mahalo Auctions. We are not responsible for any items damaged in transit for shipping. Any further arrangements for items dropped off at shipper are between shipper and buyer.
No chargebacks are allowed. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. Registering to bid in this auction is a binding contract. Any and all legal fees that may arise from any dispute are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Mahalo Auctions charges LOCAL CUSTOMERS ONLY a $5.00 transport fee to the UPS store. UPS will charge an additional fee for storage.
Bidders will also pay any and all court fees associated with any dispute of this contract.
