If you are high bidder, Auction Company will contact you within a few hours after auction has concluded to determine your form of payment and then an Invoice will be emailed to you. We do not charge the card you used to register with, you will need to remit payment. Some items in this auction are subject to seller’s reserve; if reserve is not met the item will not be declared as sold. Due to Covid 19 state and/or local regulations, a mask or face covering may be required to enter premises. Please contact Auction Company for any other restrictions for entering auction site due to Covid19. Full payment is due on sale day or by 4pm the following business day in US Dollars payable to ServCorp International, Inc. via cash, money order, cashier’s check or Wire Transfer. (Wire transfers must include $25 wire fee to cover bank fee.) Personal/Business Check will only be accepted with a Bank Letter of Guarantee. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express will be accepted through PayPal and/or can be paid at ServCorp’s office, but will have a 3% convenience fee added to invoice total. No bank drafts accepted. Buyers Premium of 10% plus 5% Internet Fee will be added on all purchases for a total of 15%. Sales Tax of 8.7% will be added to the purchase of all taxable items sold. Sales Tax will be collected on final bid amount plus any buyer’s premium. Buyers who purchase for resale must present their resale tax certificate prior to payment, however if sales tax is later determined to be due, buyer agrees to bear all the liability of the sales tax for their purchases and remit such tax to the Auction Company and/or sales tax authority. Although information is derived from sources believed to be true and correct, the auction company/seller makes no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, on the items for sale and shall not be held responsible for any advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” without warranty and with all faults. All sales are final. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any items or their fitness for any purpose. All counts are approximate. Please rely on your own inspection of item before bidding. No item shall be removed from auction site until paid in full. Removal/Shipping is sole responsibility of the purchaser and purchaser must supply their own handling equipment for removal/loading. No dock, ramps or forklift are available for this auction. REMOVAL dates and times are stated in the checkout section. Appointments for Monday 8/10 to Friday 8/14 can be scheduled by calling the office. Weekend Removal may be available for an additional fee. All items must be removed on or before August 14, 2020, NO EXCEPTIONS. For details and for information on your export obligations, if applicable, please contact your customs broker. Any items not removed within the stated removal dates/times are considered abandoned and may be resold without notice to buyer. All monies from any resale of unpaid items and/or abandoned items shall be retained by Auction Company/Seller. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased. When entering any of the auction sites you do this at your own risk. Auction Company represents the Sellers’ interests in this transaction. Announcements made on auction day take precedence over any printed material and/or prior oral statements. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyer is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Once item has been declared sold, the buyer has entered into a contract and is responsible for the items. The Auction Company/Seller shall have no liability to the buyer of any lot for non-delivery of any purchased item(s), other than the return of the buyer's deposit or payment on the lot if applicable. Auctioneer shall have no responsibility for internet bidding interruption or delays beyond their control. Internet bidders should be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the software failing to recognize your bid. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company, seller or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins to close. By registering for and bidding at this auction, bidder acknowledges that they have read, understand and agree to the above statements. When bidder is awarded the bid and declared the Buyer by the Auctioneer, bidder agrees to pay for the items as required. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
