All items are sold in as is conditions on the day of the auction with no warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final. There will be a 15% buyers premium on all items, no exclusions. It is the buyers responsibility to determine the condition of the items to be purchased at the auction. The successful bidder will have the Tuesday and Wednesday following the sale for removal of all items from 9am-5pm. Any items that are to be shipped buyer must contact auction company. To arrange this service call 540-842-3498 or 540-376-2440 Any items that are not picked up or arrangements made for shipping in the given time will be forfeited and become property of the auction company, unless otherwise authorized by the auction company.
