All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantee or warranty on the day of the auction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.There will be a 15% buyers premium (also known as internet premium) on all items, no exclusions. It is the buyers responsibility to determine the condition of the items to be purchased at the auction. Buyers premium (also known as internet premium) will be charged on each lot. The Internet Premium, which will be paid by the Buyer to Auctioneer for its own account, will be calculated as a percentage of the Hammer Price for each lot, and will be added to the Hammer Price to determine the final Contract Price. Any items that are not picked up during the scheduled pick up time(s) on 07/03/2025 will be forfeited and become property of the auction company without refund to relist or donate. Payments are automatically charged to the card you have on file immediatley after auction ends on 07/01/2025. Processing fees apply to all electronic payments. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms.

Shipping Instructions: 1. Local Pick up is vastly preferred. Shipping is available on SOME items at the buyers expense. We (auction house) use USPS for shippable items. $20 Handling charges will be added to your invoice for the 1st and 2nd lots. This $20 charge does not go towards what USPS will charge to ship. 2. If you purchase a lot that stated "No Shipping Available" you are held responsible for picking items up locally or hiring your own shipping company to pick up your items during the local pick up date and times to handling shipping on your behalf.
Preview Date & Times: You can preview these items by call/texting us at 540-645-8359. This will be the only way to preview these items.
Checkout Date & Times: Thursday 07/3/2025 between 10:00a-5:00p You must schedule a time to pickup your items. Winners will receive an email with a link to schedule their pick up time.
