When you place a bid on an online auction item, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder. You are the winning bidder if your bid is the highest bid at the close of the auction. If you are the winning bidder, you agree to pay the full amount of your winning bid plus a 5% internet service fee. Once you have placed and confirmed a bid, your bid can not be retracted. A PayPal invoice will be sent to the winning bidder within 2 business days of the auction close date. All invoices are required to be paid in full before March 1, 2018. Auction items should be picked up by winning bidders on March 1, 2018 at Community Night. Any auction items which are not picked up at Community Night may still be received if special arrangements are made prior to Community Night.
