•Real estate is being offered individually and in combination, with the highest method of sale being final.
•11% Buyer’s Premium to be charged on Real Property for on-line buyers.
•$50,000 cash or cashier’s check (payable to “South Milhausen Trust Account”) PER PARCEL must be delivered to the Plan Administrator before commencement of auction in order to bid. Deposit will be due by 5pm, August 20th in order to bid on-line.
•Winning bid to pay 10% deposit or $50,000 PER PARCEL, whichever is greater, due the day of the auction. Any balance due in excess of $50,000 may be made by check payable to “South Milhausen Trust Account”. Signed contract and any additional deposits due by August 22, 2019 @ 4pm.
•Deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within three (3) days of the auction, given that return wire instructions are provided by the auction day.
