Shipping Instructions: ALL goods won by out-of-state or out-of-area bidders will be paid for at the conclusion of the auction as are all other buyer invoices, and goods must be picked up by a shipper of buyer’s choice within 72 hours following the end of the auction. No pickups will be made on Sunday. Phil Riner Auctions LLC will not hold items past the designated pickup day. Once the items are picked up by the shipper, the buyer must contact the shipper regarding any and all shipping arrangements and questions about the same. You, the buyer, will need to provide them with your credit card information to process payment for the shipping. Buyers are strongly advised to speak to the shipper prior to bidding on items which you plan to have shipped so you know the costs are agreeable, as shipping costs can sometimes be prohibitive. Shipping insurance is advised but know that it usually covers the amount paid for an item, NOT the items’ actual value. You are free to use any shipping company you prefer. In the case of shipping disputes, please contact THE SHIPPER. The auction company has no part in the shipping process, receives no remuneration for it, and will not become involved with negotiations or disputes between the buyer and the buyer’s chosen shipper. BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF ITEMS WON: The winning bidders may pick up their merchandise at the auction location in lieu of shipping. Buyer is responsible for removal of purchases including packing materials, boxes, moving pads, hand cart, or any other items necessary to safely pack and remove your purchases. Buyer is responsible for SAFE removal. All items MUST BE REMOVED BY the designated time following each auction/sale. Removal of the item(s) purchased from this sale shall be at the sole expense, liability and risk of the Buyer. The auction company will not supply labor, supplies, or assistance to pack, load, or remove your purchases. Buyer is solely responsible for providing all labor, material, insurance and equipment (fork lifts, dollies, ladders, tools, packing materials, etc.) to properly execute removal, and Buyer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related thereto. Any items not picked up on the date and during the times designated for each auction will be donated or re-sold without remuneration to the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.
