Complete Online Auction Terms and Conditions: 1. REGISTRATION: All bidders must register to be pre-approved. Registrants must provide the following information: full name; valid phone number; valid street address; valid driver’s license/state photo ID; valid Visa or MasterCard credit card. Credit cards will be verified, but no deposit will be required. 2. BUYER’S PREMIUM AND TAX: A buyer’s premium of 15% will be applied to all invoices. No sales tax will be applied. 3. PAYMENT: Winning bidders will be contacted after the auction to verify purchases. Invoices less than $1,000 will be automatically charged to the registered credit card unless bidder has specifically requested otherwise prior to auction date. For invoices greater than $1,000, the registered credit card will be charged $1,000 automatically, with the remaining balance due within 48 hours of auction completion either by cash, Visa/MasterCard, PayPal, certified bank or cashier’s check, or bank wire transfer. The auctioneer will make a good-faith effort to protect all articles from damage or theft until the end of announced removal period; however, neither the auctioneer nor the seller will be held responsible for articles after they are sold. After articles are removed from auction location or the announced removal period has ended, the auctioneer and the seller will have no obligation to the winning bidder and no responsibility for articles sold. 9. COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS OF PAYMENT AND REMOVAL: In the event that a winning bidder does not pay in full within 48 hours of auction closure, the auctioneer may, in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise as liquidated damages.
