Alfred’s Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any bid or bidder prior to the Auction and will not be responsible for errors in the catalog or advertising connected to this sale. Auction opens on Wednesday Oct 16 at 9am. Lots start closing a 3pm eastern time on Oct 23, 2017. Registration: Bidder agrees that the terms listed shall govern the online auction. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older and register on this site with current, complete and accurate information. Bidding on any item indicates the bidder’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of Alfred’s Auctions online policy. Items for sale have wear that reflects their years of use. As a result, honest wear is to be expected. If you need to know the fine points of condition, please attend the preview. We prefer you examine all items prior to making your bids. Failure to inspect items before bidding will not be cause for failure to complete transactions by nonpayment on lots purchased, nor will discounts be considered. All sales are final, there are no refunds and there are no returns. Alfred’s Auctions tries to accurately describe all items being sold, but all property is being sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS". Page 2 Invoices will be emailed shortly after the completion of the last lot being offered is sold. Payments must be made by credit card or bank transfer. Payments must be received by Tuesday 24th by 5pm EST. No payments will be accepted at pick up location A 8.5% buyer’s premium will be added to the gavel price for each lot sold online at Alfred’s Auctions. Prospective bidders agree that any item purchased by them must be paid for in full in a timely manner Payment: YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR INVOICE. Alfred’s Auctions accepts Visa, MasterCard, Wire Transfer, Certified Check or Cash (delivered to my office only) as payment for items purchased. There will be a late fee of 1.5% (one and a half percent) with a minimum of $10 on all invoices not paid within 3 days after the auction. Pick up Days and Times; Oct 24-27 8am to 2:30pm EST The best times to travel in and out of the area are in by 9 am and out by 2 pm (in between rush hours) Removal: The bidder agrees that all items must be removed by 2:30pm EST on Friday Oct 27, 2017. After the final removal date, there will be a storage fee of $25 per day per item charged to the bidder. If after 5 business days the item(s) are not removed the merchandise will revert to the seller and there will be no refund of any kind.
