By registering to bid or placing a bid, you agree to be bound by all of these terms & conditions and any other announced terms and conditions of sale or rules of the site.
1. Shipping Instructions: TAG Auctions will pack and ship your items for you if you wish at your expense and risk. Once payment and proper paperwork has been received by the auction company, please allow a minimum of 1 week for shipment of items. Once the items have been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (please check your spam folder). Failure to remit payment for items won and/or shipping services will result in that bidder being suspended and/or blocked from bidding at any auction hosted by TAG Auctions. All items shipped are shipped through UPS, USPS or FedEx. Ammunition can be shipped but is subject to your state’s laws. The buyer is responsible for knowing whether ammunition can be shipped to their residence. International buyers are responsible for arranging their own shipping. Successful high bidders are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs will consist of actual shipping charges from the carrier, including insurance, plus a maximum charge for materials/handling of $10 per package, no more. Items that are shipped may arrive in multiple packages and/or multiple lots may be shipped in the same package.
2. Checkout Date & Times: See store hours on taggunshop.com for picking items up. You must pick items up within 3 days of the auction. Please email tommy@tag-auctions.com immediately following the auction so we do not ship your winnings.

TAG Auctions holds no responsibility for authentication of any items. A buyer's premium of 15% (+ 3% if paying with credit card) of the hammer price shall be added to each lot purchased online.
4. Firearms: You must be 21 years of age to purchase a handgun and 18 years of age to purchase a long gun. Photo ID is required to run a background check. All firearms are sold in accordance with Federal and State Laws. All post - 1898 (Modern) firearms must be registered in compliance with Federal and State Law. Purchasers of modern firearms who are Pennsylvania residents must complete state and federal registration forms at TAG Auctions, 728 Main Street, New Milford, PA 18834, or provide a signed copy of a Federal Firearms License from a dealer that your purchase can be shipped to. FFL dealers and out-of-state buyers must have in their possession on the day of sale, signed copies of their Federal Firearms License in order to accept same-day delivery of modern firearms. Buyers who act as agents for FFL dealers must have a letter of agency as well as a signed copy of the dealer’s Federal Firearms License (FFL). Internet bidders who are out-of-state buyers and FFL dealers must email a current FFL license within 48 hours of the close of the sale to tommy@tag-auctions.com. Curio & Relic FFL licenses will be accepted on auction lots indicated in the description '(C&R)'. All firearms sold only to US residents. Be sure to check your state and local regulations as some items in our auction may be illegal in your state. All firearms in this auction identified as an antique or muzzleloader do not need a NICS background checked and can be picked up or shipped directly to your door. Please make sure you reference the name or lot number when sending the FFL. This must be done within 3 days of the auction closing. Background checks can be done at our location during our normal business hours. All handguns sold to out of state bidders must be shipped. All items are sold “as-is, where is” in their current condition without guarantee or warranty of any kind and with all faults. All item descriptions are based upon visual inspection only. All measurements are approximate and are used for general descriptive purposes only. Bidders are solely responsible for determining the condition and authenticity of items. Physical inspection of items is highly encouraged and can be done by visiting our store location at 728 Main Street New Milford, PA 18834.
