Terms Of Sale
All property is sold 'AS IS" and all sales are final. It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, age, value, genuineness or any other determining factor of the machinery. Hinz Auctioneers attempts to represent machinery as accurate as possible, but is not responsible for any warranties, implied or otherwise.

Buyers are responsible to pay for machinery within 24 hours of close of auction by wire transfer. (Payment information provided in invoicing)
Buyers are responsible to pick up merchandise by 30 days from date of Auction -(No later than May 24), unless special arrangements are made with Wall Equipment, of Corn, OK.
Buyer is responsible for any damage by storm, nature or any other possibility of damage which may occur to machinery while it is waiting pickup.
Bring paid invoice upon picking up machinery and present to Wall Equipment to finalize pick-up.
We reserve the right to withdraw merchandise before the auction, with no liability of withdrawl of the property.
