This is considered an Abandoned Property auction and is being held to satisfy a Lien. It does have the potential to disappear if the tenant pays the required fees. It is being held with section 2328 of the commercial codes, section 535 of the penal codes and various provisions of the CA Civil Codes. Your buying the items as is, where is, there is nothing expressed or implied. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. USAuctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, or on the Internet but makes no representations. In no event shall USAuctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. You are also agreeing on a no charge back policy. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is where is and that they may not return any item they purchase. USAuctions is providing Internet bidding as a service. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction and USAuctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. All electrical items will be uncapped by the owner of the building. It is your responsibility to schedule riggers for removal. We will have a forklift on board for 2 days to assist in the removal process and will be scheduled for May 27th and 28th. All small items will need to be removed from May 24th thru May 26th 2021. Remember shipping can be expensive. For items that may need pallets. We can pick up some pallets and palletize for shipping. Fees are 90.00 per pallet request.
