We cannot ship your firearms until we have a copy of the receiving dealer's FFL License. Schaben Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Firearms:
BUYERS WHO DO NOT OR CANNOT TAKE POSSESSION OF THE ITEMS THEY PURCHASE: If a bidder is unable to receive an item purchased because he is denied transfer of a transfer under legal restriction, or is unable to successfully arrange export or import of an international purchase, or for any other reason not solely Schaben Auction Service’s fault, the buyer is still responsible for payment in full to Schaben Auction Service for the hammer price plus applicable buyer's premium & additional expenses. The buyer may request shipment at the buyer's expense to an FFL dealer to resell a gun on the buyer's behalf. If buyer does not notify Schaben Auction Service of such arrangements within 10 days of the auction date, Schaben Auction Service may resell the lot at a future auction, charging the buyer the current standard seller’s commission for doing so.
