NASCAR Race: (4) four guests get Pre-Race Pit Pass & Clubhouse Seating. Awesome NASCAR racing experience with four (4) NASCAR tickets to the NASCAR All-Star Race to be held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC on Saturday, May 20, 2017. This event package includes: admission to race, admission to the Clubhouse, Pre-Race Pit Passes and VIP parking. Clubhouse details: Located on the 5th floor of Smith Tower, climate controlled indoor seating area, great front stretch seating with a fantastic view of pre-race activities, pit road action and the entire track, coolers not allowed, The seats are approximately 22Ó, are padded and have cup holder, Closed circuit plasma televisions in each section. Dining Options: member dining in the Speedway Club restaurant, located on the 6th floor overlooking the superspeedway, reservation required, business casual dress code, casual dining in the 5th floor food court. Access to the many bars and beer stations, restrooms that are easily accessible and cleaned regularly, cooler/bag check located inside Smith Tower 1st floor security area/concierge. To benefit The Call of Duty™ Endowment, CONEXPO/CON-AGG is hosting benefit auctions and a benefit concert with 100% of proceeds going to the Call of Duty Endowment. Attendees and Exhibitors are invited to join in this effort to give back to our military veterans.
These live and silent auctions feature donations from CONEXPO/CON-AGG Exhibitors, with all sales benefitting U.S. military veterans. All proceeds from the auction sales go to the Call of Duty Endowment, a non-profit that seeks to help veterans find high-quality careers after leaving the armed forces. Items have no minimums; no reserves. No buyer premium will be applied. Shipping of items is included, within the continental Unites States. When you win the item, you simply pay the winning amount, and all proceeds benefit our military veterans, through the Call of Duty Endowment. Payment should be made within one business day following the auction. In the event items remain unpaid on the third business day following the auction we reserve the right to offer unpaid items to the next-highest bidder, in order to hold to our commitment and raise funds and help veterans through this event.

Shipping: We plan to use a trackable method such as UPS or FedEx to ship items, except where size or weight requires the use of a freight carrier. Continental US Shipping is included and we will work to ship items to arrive within 10 business days after the auction. Where possible, winning bidders may pay and pick up items at CONEXPO in Las Vegas immediately after the auction on 3/9. However, not every item will be in Las Vegas or be available for pickup in Las Vegas. As the auction dates get closer, we will add more information to indicate if pickup of an item in Las Vegas is possible, as well as more detailed shipping information for each item. Some donors will ship their donations directly from their business locations, such as Little Giant Ladder Systems’ (4) ladders & Triple Crown Products (144) ball caps. Something like the ball caps will require the winning bidder to contact Triple Crown Products and supply Triple Crown with the winning bidders company logo, select a model of ball cap, etc. Delivery of a custom, special order such as the (144) ball caps from Triple Crown Products will take longer than 10 business days, allowing for design and creation, as well as production time. We will absolutely ship items to winning bidders as quickly as possible, after the auctions end.
