Item Details
Not to much description is needed here! Collector who consigned this exceptional M11911-A1, acquired it directly from the WW2 vet to whom it was issued. The vet had already acquired one and used the previously acquired pistol, never using this example during wartime service. All original finish is 98% or better. Action functions smoothly. Maker is Remington-Rand. Blued barrel as is typical with this maker. Bore is excellent. Serial number dates to 1943 production. Original and early 2 tone clip is near mint. (FFL, C&R or North Carolina Concealed handgun Permit required for NC residents)
