added to the purchase total. 18% on line buyers. 3% discount for on site cash bidders. No drafts. Please make full payment before
leaving premises for any reason. Appropriate sales tax will be collected.
2. All descriptions that appear herein have been consequently described by the seller and the auctioneers; however, neither the seller nor the
auctioneers assume any liability for any errors or omissions.
3. The seller and the auctioneers make no representation of warranty
on the goods as to their merchantability or their fitness for general or
particular purpose, and do further state the goods are to be “as is”,
and without recourse.
4. Auctioneers reserve the right to group, regroup or piecemeal any lot or
number of lots prior to or during the course of the auction.
5. All purchases must be removed before 4 p.m., Monday. Nothing shall be removed without a paid receipt.

hammer falls.
