Accepted on-line bidder payment forms are: Credit card on file with Proxibid or LOCAL PRE APPROVED Check with imprinted information and address. If you cannot pay in person with CASH or LOCAL CHECK you do not qualify for the 3% Discount.
There will be 2 charges to your credit card. Declined cards will be charged a $10.00 re-prossessing fee for each attempt to bill you card. PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE ROOM ON YOUR CARD PRIOR TO PURCHASING!
Payment is Required within 24hours of the winning bid. We will charge your Credit Card within 24hours after Auction Close for Full Purchase Amount
If payment is not made within 5 days of sale Westsound Auction will bill your card the 18% Buyers Premium and a 20% re-stocking fee and the bidder will forfeit the items won.
We will also report you at that time as a non-paying bidder to Proxibid.
We will bill your card again for shipping and and handling once those fees have been determined.
Bidders credit card will be charged within three business days following the auction for the total amount of purchases, a 18% buyer's premium, and tax if owed. Washington State bidders must pay sales tax of 8.7% or the current tax rate in thier district unless Reseller Permit is on file with Westsound Auction
Once the item has been packed a $1.00 to $25.00 handling fee will be applied for EACH item shipped by Westsound Auction and added to any shipping, packaging and insurance costs. At that time we will bill your credit card again for the total shipping costs. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All bidders, on-line and in-house, must register and have a bidder number to place bids before or during the auction. Do not lose your bidder number; you are responsible for all charges to your number. Items will be sold to the highest bidder. Registering requires a valid credit card as a security measure to ensure you are of legal age and you are who you say you are.
Bidder should inspect the merchandise before bidding to determine its condition and understand that he/she is buying the merchandise based entirely on his or her own opinion. Please read, look and understand what you are buying. You must ask all questions before the auction. Email or call (360)275-7355 with any questions about the merchandise to be sold or our Terms and Conditions. Once your bid is awarded the merchandise is yours no matter what was pictured or written.
We can only describe issues that we may see during cataloging. Please feel free to call on items up to 1 hour prior to auction start.
Announcements made by the auctioneer on the day of the sale take precedence over any printed material pertaining to the sale. There are NO WARRANTIES, GUARANTEE, intended, expressed, or implied value to the merchantability or fitness of use of any item sold at this sale. The Auctioneer will attempt to check and honor all bids. If an absentee bid was somehow missed it will be considered like someone who's bid was missed during the auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to settle any and all disputes and his decisions shall be final. All items are sold 'As-Is'. All sales are final. No Returns.
Bids received via an email or over the phone are taken as 'Absentee bids'. They are accepted for the current week's auction. In-house auction bidders (those present at the actual auction) take precedence over absentee bid in case of a tie.
Bidder is responsible for all handling, shipping and insurance costs on merchandise shipped by Westsound Auction. Westsound Auction uses USPS mail service and UPS only. The costs associated with shipping services arranged by the on-line bidder are the responsibility of the on-line bidder.

General Shipping:
Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase within 15 business days and in excellent condition. Some items will be combined to save fees where possible.
Buyer is responsible for all handling, shipping and insurance costs on merchandise shipped through Westsound Auction. Westsound Auction uses either USPS or UPS shipping services only.
Our Preferred Method is USPS Priority Mail Flate Rate Boxes. We will use this unless size does not permit or YOU contact us requesting Parcel Post. We believe Priority Mail reduces the risk of damage as the USPS only has the item a brief period of time. We find that we have for less damaged or lost items and the reduced delivery time is a plus also.
Fragile or large items and items of high value may require a professional shipping service and may result in higher shipping costs. Westsound Auction reserves the right to make the decision on items shipped through Westsound Auction. Insurance is required on all shipped items. Buyer will be charged a $1.00 to $25.00 packing fee per package shipped plus actual shipping costs and insurance.
Buyers may arrange their own shipping and are solely responsible for the costs associated with the shipping services arranged. Items must be picked up from the auction house by the arranged service. Buyer must notify Westsound Auction within two business days following the auction of any shipping arrangements.
