Hanson Auctioneer’s LLC reserve the right to refuse service to any person, or to cancel any auction at any time for any reason.
The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by Hanson Auctioneers in the collection of funds owed. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to any unpaid balance due the auction company, as well as any other costs or losses incurred due to the purchaser’s failure to adhere to these terms.

Hanson Auctioneers will not be held responsible in the event of any type of internet/computer malfunction while an auction is in progress.
Based on the type of auction certain items require payment of sales tax 6.75% to the State of Minnesota. Those items will be clearly indicated.
Hanson Auctioneers is a licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer in the State of Minnesota and as such is required to collect MN sales tax 6.75% and registration due on all vehicles sold to Minnesota Residents. Please be prepared to register a purchased vehicle within 48 hrs. after the purchase. In addition to payment you will need to bring the following documents: Picture MN Driver’s License and current proof of insurance for motor vehicles.
It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor. Any statements made the day of the auction, take precedent over all printed material. It is up to the potential buyer to ask questions and view items prior to the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hanson Auctioneers or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Hanson Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
