Payment
We will charge your credit card at the end of the auction for the items purchased, less the shipping charges. Shipping charges will be charged later. We may not charge items won to local buyers, they may pay when picking up. There is no service fee for local pick-up. Items will be shipped once payment has cleared our account. Sales tax will be charged if you live in the state of Minnesota. If tax exempt bring a copy of you tax certificate.
Shipping Information:
Krause Auctioneering packs in-house, in fact, I do most of the packing. I pack items based on there breakability & with ‘cheap’ in mind for you the ‘customer’. My workload is always on overload, I do try to ship right after your funds clear. 90% of all shipments are shipped with new packing materials. I attach you packing list to the outside of the box as well.
Fees:
Small items: if it or all fits into a 6 by 6 by 6” box or smaller, I charge a $2.50 service fee over USPS parcel post fee. I will add 25 cents for each other item in the same box.
Single lot coins and costume jewelry $1.75 for the first item & only ten cents for each other. I will make adjustments, I feel is right.
All shipments that require a box larger than a 6 by 6 by 6” and smaller than a 12 by 12 by” will be charge $2.50 for the first winning auction lot in the box and fifty cents for each won.
I will use discretion when charging for additional items. Never will the service fee ever exceed $10.00 for any shipment going USPS.
With package 12 by 12 by 12” or larger a service fee of $5.00 will be charged and fifty cents for each other auction lot won that will fit into the same box.
We get into very large USPS’able packages I will always treat you, as I would want to be treated. I will always try to be fair. I want you business that are a fact… Excessive shipping charges can loose that, I do not want that to happen. Repeat buyers are what make a business successful.

Krause Auctioneering will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a gross intentional misrepresentation of the item itself.
Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is & that they may not return any item they purchase.
