The owner maintained everything in great condition until his passing. When we took them over they had dropped into the 45% range.
During the recovery process all sticks were inspected and damaged sticks were destroyed. The remainder went through a four month process to regain humidity. When they went to the Auction Mill for auction prep they were maintained in a warehouse environment with good humidity and heat levels.

AUCTION TERMS
INTERNET ONLY AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. This auction will close on Sunday October 15th at 12pm Noon. Lots will close approximately every 60 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for three minutes after the latest bid.
2. Preview for this Auction is Monday October 10th from 11am to 3pm.
3. The pickup of items is Tuesday October 17th from 10am to 3pm and Wednesday October 18th and Thursday October 19th by appointment only at the Auction Mill located at 1515 N. Saddle Creek Drive Omaha, NE 68104. If pickup is to be on Wed/Thurs Oct 18th/19th please call Jenna to make arrangements. Phone Number: 402.885.4916
4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Please read each lot description carefully.
5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate.
6. NOTICE: Unless prior arrangements are made, he Auction Mill will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by 3pm Tuesday October 17th. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items AND up to a $25 disposal fee per item for property not picked up by the designated date and time, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. Be sure to bring the help, manpower, boxes, carts and vehicles needed to move your items. The Auction Mill Team will not be available to load, lift carry, move, disassemble or haul your purchases.
7. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
8. The Auction Mill reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.

10. This auction has a 18% Buyers Premium. This means that a final bid of $100.00 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $118.00 – There is a 3% Discount to Buyers Paying With Cash or Company Check.
11. Payment: A square invoice will be emailed to each winning bidder. Please use this invoice to pay unless you will pay for your purchase with cash upon pickup. There is a 3% discount for cash purchases.
