There are 4 Days for Auction Pickup, excluding Job Trailers. Job Trailers have until November 30th to have them moved. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee of any kind expressed or implied. All items are described on a "best efforts" basis. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items in person to satisfy themselves as to condition and quantity of all lots. By registering to bid, you are accepting these terms and your bid is part of a binding contract. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids. This is a timed online only auction and lots will have a staggered closing, 2 lots every minute. Auction begins closing on Saturday, November 18th at 10:00am CST. 2 Lots will close every minute until auction has completed, unless extended bidding goes into effect. You will receive an invoice Saturday evening and payment will be due within 3 Days of the auction close regardless of pick up arrangements. Please pay your invoice in full by Tuesday, November 21st to avoid non-paying bidder action. We accept payments by Cash, Wire Transfer, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All winning bids must be paid in full within 3 Days of auction close, regardless of pick up arrangements. Please pay your invoice in full by 5pm on Tuesday, November 21st. Pick up dates are: Monday 11/20 and Tuesday 11/21: 10am to 7pm, Wednesday 11/22: 10am to 3pm and Saturday 11/25: 10am to 5pm, unless other arrangements have been made in advance of auction closing. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN LABOR, MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT AND PACKING SUPPLIES. The Seller and Auctioneer do not provide labor or equipment for loading. If you need your items shipped, we can pick and pack them for approx. $5.00-$8.00 per box plus materials. We will get you weight and dimensions and we can ship via USPS or Fedex or you can arrange your own shipping and email labels. Lots over 70lbs will require freight. There is a minimum $35.00 palletizing charge and we will get you weight and dimensions to arrange freight. This auction begins closing on Saturday, November 18th at 10am CST, closing 2 lots every minute unless extended bidding goes into effect.
