Payments: Cash, wire transfers or check (accompanied by current “Bank Letter Guarantee”) may be made payable to Bryan Auction Co. Everything sells “As is, Where is”. All items must be Paid in Full by end of business day. For online Winning Bidders – Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Premiums: Online buyer’s premium: 6.5% for purchases $10,000 (excluding sales tax) and above 10% for purchases $9,999.99 (excluding sales tax) and below On-Site buyer’s premium: 4.5% for purchases $10,000 (excluding sales tax) and above 10% for purchases $9,999.99 (excluding sales tax) and below Sales Tax (and Exemptions): Buyers with a VALID exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax for equipment and miscellaneous items but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH SALE. Sales Tax will be charged at 7% for attachments and 5% for equipment (unless an exemption applies) Pick up: All purchased items must be picked up within 14 days of sale at auction location: 2708 140th St NW Swisher, Iowa 52338 **A receipt indicating “PAID IN FULL” must be present before an item is released.** BIDDER RESPONSIBILITIES: The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he/she is bidding on. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have affected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder.
