Thank you for your consideration in this year’s On-Line Silent Auction 4-H Council Fundraiser Auction. The Terms and Conditions of this sale are as follows: • The Posting Dates for this auction are May 7th through May 14th • This is a timed auction Lot #1 will conclude May 14th at 5:00 pm EST. and each next lot will conclude 1 minute later o If an item receives a bid within the final 2 minutes of its scheduled close time bidding will be extended for an additional 2 minutes o This will continue for each additional bid until the timer runs out due to lack of extended bids at which point the item will be deemed sold to the last bidder • Bids will begin at $1.00 on all items and increase in increments of $1.00 up to $25 then will extend to $5.00 increments up to $250 where they will extend to $10.00 increments and raises to $25 on bids over $500 • There will be a 5% buyer’s premium assessed to each purchase in this auction which will be donated to 4H Council at the conclusion of the auction • There will be NO SHIPPING of Items from this sale , it is a local pick up only auction • Terms of the sale are cash or good check (No Credit or Debit Cards Accepted) • Buyers will be responsible to pick up and pay for their items during the scheduled settlement windows at the 4H Grounds Ag Museum o Scheduled Pick up and Settlement times are ? Saturday May 15th from 9-11 am EST ? Sunday May 16th from 2-4 pm EST • If you do not pick up and pay for your items during these posted times they will be immediately forfeited back to the Donor or 4H Council • If you buy a Donation Lot you must still show up during settlement hours to pay their donation
