Lots will close approximately every 30 seconds. Timed auctions use a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. If there is a bid in the last minute of a timed auction, the item will remain open for two minutes after the latest bid. There is a preview Tuesday October 6th from 3:30pm to 5pm. All Bidding From this Platform Proxibid Is Done Online, if this is a timed auction, there will be no live onsite auction. 10. This auction has an 16% buyers premium. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $116.00 11. Shipping of smaller items will be handled either in house or by the local UPS Store, your card on file with Proxibid will be charged for shipping and you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to seven days for your items to be processed for shipping. 14. In most cases, the UPS store will handle the shipment of your package. Nothing larger than a typewriter will be eligible for shipping unless you arrange for the freight or shipping company to pick up your items at the times listed above. Our firm will handle the shipment of all firearms. 15. Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo. FIREARMS TERMS: If you purchased a firearm and are picking it up in person, we will have to set up a table where you will need to fill out a form 4473 for the transfer. Once the paperwork is filled out and you have paid, we will bring your items to you. All gun buyers need to show proof of a valid handgun purhcase permit, concealed carry permit or an FFL License Certificate. OUT OF STATE GUN BUYERS WILL HAVE YOUR FIREARMS SHIPPED TO YOUR FFL DEALER, WE WILL NEED A COPY OF THE DEALER'S FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE CERTIFICATE. Please have your desired FFL dealer email us a copy of their current and valid FFL certificate for our files and we will prep shipment asap after receiving their file copy of their FFL Certificate. You may also email this to us if they prefer. Because of FFL requirements the Auction Mill will ship all out of state Firearms.
