Payment

Pick up is Thursday, September 16th from 11-2pm located at 8 Trammel Mountain Trail, Travelers Rest, SC. Important... when you get to the top of the hill, do not turn left when GPS directs you to, go straight up and the driveway will be on the left, it is a white house with detached garage. Due to the number of winning bidders, if you show up at 11am, you will have a longer wait, please be patient. The weather is supposed to be rainy all day, please bring tarps or covered trailers as needed. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 11AM, OUR STAFF IS SCHEDULED FOR 11AM & DO NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 11AM. ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE REMOVED BY 2PM NO EXCEPTIONS. Large items & cabinet lots need to be picked up. If you purchased a cabinet lot, please bring boxes. Call with any questions 864-494-1965. We accept Cash, VENMO & ZELLE (with 3% discount, use our phone numbe 864-494-1965 to pay) also we accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard & American Express only. A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. There will be no sales tax charged for online sales unless you live in South Carolina. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases & amount due, amount will NOT include your shipping costs. Any cards denied will be charged a $5.00 fee per charge. If you know there is an issue with your card, please contact us immediately. The invoice sent to you will serve as billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file (not shipping costs). We use The UPS Store in Taylors, SC as our shipping company (864) 268-6068. Any invoice not picked up will be subject to a $5-$15 transport fee depending on size of order.
