Bidding Procedures: Announcements made on the day of the auction will take precedence over all printed material or oral statements made. Method, order of sale, and bidding increments shall be at the sole discretion of the auctioneer. Choice Supply of Searcy has agreed to facilitate any applicable shipping of items. All items are sold ‘AS IS, WHERE IS’ & ALL sales are FINAL! Cargile Auctions provides no warranties or guarantees neither expressed nor implied on any of the merchandise. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, originality, value and any other factor. Cargile Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the Internet but makes no representations. We will gladly answer any questions you may have, please ask prior to bidding. 2. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchased lots. Wire transfer, cash or credit card accepted as payment. Invoice amounts are charged to the registered credit card immediately following the end of auction, unless other arrangements have been made with Cargile Auctions. 4. Items not picked up within 2 days of designated pickup time without prior arrangement (per auction) will be resold or donated per Auctioneer’s discretion and no refunds will be given. Please pick up your merchandise on time! ALL INVOICES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH CARGILE AUCTIONS. If your credit or debit card is declined you will be charged an additional $10.00 processing fee to cover our additional cost, no matter the reason for denial. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE ‘AS IS, WHERE IS’. NO REFUNDS. Any merchandise not paid for in full within 2 days of auction close becomes property of auctioneer and bidder forfeits any binding winning bids.
