PICK UP INFORMATION: ONE DAY ONLY! January 8th, 2021 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. A sign up link will be sent to you at auction conclusion. Please use that link to schedule a pick up time and include your Name & Bidder ID. If you have additional questions regarding your appointment or need additional time, please text 440-305-4463 when the auction closes. All people involved in picking items up are expected to wear a mask while in the home or on the grounds of the auction site.

PLEASE NOTE: All cards on file will be processed at the completion of the auction. Items not picked up on scheduled pick up days will be considered abandoned and the buyer will not be entitled to a refund of any monies unless otherwise coordinated and approved by auction coordinator PRIOR to auction close.

For bidders security, we do NOT hold your credit card information on file. Your information is secured with Proxibid. Please make sure you have adequate funds available on your card for the items you plan to bid on. Should you need to update your credit card on file, please contact Proxibid directly at 877-505-7770 PRIOR to the close of auction to assure all parties a seamless experience processing your order.

Winning bidder will be emailed their invoice at the end of auction noting items won and the full amount they have been charged. This amount does NOT include any additional costs for packing or shipping items.

SHIPPING
Oversize shipping can be very expensive, so please take that into account when bidding. No refunds will be issued for failure to arrange shipping or misjudgment of shipping costs or abandoned items.

Buyer is responsible for safe and proper removal of their items. Assistance by the sellers or agents of Rosen & Company & Buddy Barton Auctions is not assured. Please come prepared with the necessary tools, packing materials, boxes, and additional help if needed.

If you are unable to personally remove your items, please contact one of the riggers or shippers listed below PRIOR to the auction closing to make necessary arrangements.

Payment

Purchases made under $2,500 will be automatically charged to the card on file with Proxibid. Payments over $2500 must bring a cashiers check or cash to the auction pickup. RCI is not responsible for lost/stolen/misplaced items or accidents. Everything sold AS-IS, WHERE- IS, and with all faults without any warranties expressed or implied. Although obtained from sources deemed reliable, the Auctioneer makes no warrantees or guarantees as to the accuracy of the information herein contained. Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the items in which they intend to bid prior to sales. Absolutely no items will be removed until auction is completed. Subject to additions, deletions, prior sale and confirmation. ALL PURCHASES MADE BE PAID IN FULL ON DAY OF SALE. Buyer Registration is to be completed in full online with a valid Credit Card. A 25% cash deposit via wire transfer may be required if you are not known to the Auction Firm. Failure to make the required deposit may result in cancellation of bidding privileges. Your invoice will be emailed to you at the conclusion of the auction. In default of payment of invoices in full within the stated time, Rosen & Co., Inc/Buddy Barton Auctions and Auctioneer may retain all funds received as deposit as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for or removed within the time allowed may be resold at public or private sale without further notice. Any deficiencies and other expenses of resale will be charged to the defaulting purchaser. The equipment must be removed by authorized riggers and contractors only. Riggers must present Rosen/Buddy Barton with a valid commercial general liability insurance certificate in a minimum amount of $2,000,000.00 combined single limit per occurrence naming Rosen & Co., Inc./Buddy Barton Auctions as additional insured. Any hydraulic fluid removal and/or oil leaks are the undersigned`s responsibility to remove and clean up. The undersigned purchaser and/or rigger/contractor must take full responsibility for compliance with applicable environmental laws and exercise all reasonable care to ensure that there is no release to the environment or any hazardous wastes or substances as defined in applicable Federal, State, and Local Statues, Regulations, Rules, or Ordinances.
