Item Details

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment are wire transfer ONLY. Credit cards will not be accepted as payment for these units. The successful bidder must wire funds within 24 hours of the close of bidding. $100 per day storage fee shall apply beginning February 18, 2017.
SALES TAX AND TITLING: MO sales tax and any required title fees apply to these modular units. A bill of sale and MSO will be provided for each unit to the buyer via USPS mail after the units are removed from the site.
INSPECTION: These units are available for inspection Friday, January 13, 2017 from 2 pm to 4 pm and Saturday, January 14, 2017 from 10 am to noon at the Lathrop Missouri Antique Show Grounds, 2488 SE Hwy 33, Lathrop, MO, 64465.
