Item Details

On April 12, 2020, a tornado damaged a building in Chattanooga, TN. During the rebuild of an exterior wall, a large temporary wall made out of metal studs and plywood was put in place, so the store could continue to operate. This wall was erected, waterproofed, and in use for less than 6 weeks. The temporary wall has now been demolished, and the below materials are what is included in this auction. Claim Value - Approximately $1,350.
  • 22 - 6" x 20' Metal Studs.
  • 15 - 4" x 18' Metal Studs.

  • All Items are sold pending seller confirmation. At the close of the sale, the highest bidder’s offer will be sent to the insurance company for their review. Payment

Buyer's Premium: 10% Payment in full is required within 3 days of the invoice date. Local sales tax applies and will be calculated by the auctioneer after the sale when applicable. We accept all major credit cards, cash, wire transfer, or certified check. Since a 3% convenience fee is charged on all credit card purchases, we recommend paying by wire transfer for any invoices over $1,200. If your high bid is accepted, you will be emailed wire transfer instructions. All items invoiced will be charged to card on file after 72 hours without prior arrangements.
