Terms Of Sale

This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION. The event will start Monday February 4, 2019 will end March 4, 2019 with one lot closing every 10 minutes. This restricted residential community features large lots, city water & sewer, along with convenience to Kinston, Goldsboro, and Snow Hill. We will be offering 8 lots that are just 2 miles from downtown La Grange. 1. Broker is the agent of the Seller of the Property offered for sale by auction and Broker and Seller have agreed that this sale is to be conducted by including a buyer’s premium of 7% upon high bid price as determined by the Broker (“Buyer’s Premium”).
