All items are to be paid within three business days following the auction. All items must be paid for before removal of property. ALL PURCHASES MUST BE REMOVED BY JUNE 11TH WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. Those failing to remove their property by this date will incur a $10 per item per day storage fee. We will be loading out from 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Wednesday (June 2-4) following the auction. Each day after that is by appointment only. All property sells as is where is with absolutely no warranties implied or expressed in any way. All serial numbers, mileage, hours, and year models are unverified. All information in any advertisement is believed to be correct but not guaranteed in any way. If Granville Auction Company states that an item runs and it does not run when you come to pick it up, you must still pay for that item. AGAIN WE DO NOT GUARANTEE NOR DO WE GIVE A WARRANTY ON ANY ITEM. We do our very best to list everything we know about an item however; we are not responsible for items that no longer decide to function properly. Our job is to be as honest as possible with you because we would want the same treatment. Granville Auction Company reserves the right to offer property in separate sale, combination thereof, or as a whole. Some items may have a reserve. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items before purchasing. Sale day announcements take precedents over all printed material. Once an item is sold, they are the buyer’s responsibility. Titles: Unless specifically stated in the auction catalog or by the Auctioneer, Granville Auction Company LLP in no way guarantees a title for any vehicle, trailer, boat, atv, etc. If you are unsure about the status of an item, please inquire before bidding. Granville Auction Company reserves the right to hold titles for 28 days, however, it is our goal to mail them to you before then. If there is a problem obtaining a title, Granville Auction Company reserves the right to be granted an additional, reasonable amount of time to obtain that title.
