IT WAS STORE POLICY AT THE TIME TO NOT RESTOCK ANY RETURNED ITEM. THEY WERE TAGGED AND STORED. MANY IF NOT MOST ARE DISCONTINUED AND MAY BE COLLECTIBLE OR USED FOR PARTS. COMES AS IS WITH NOT GUARANTEE MAY WORK. SOME WILL ONLY NEED A FRESH BATTERY BUT BUY FOR PARTS OR REPAIR AND YOU SHOULDN'T BE LET DOWN.

Payment

All accounts must/will be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Shipping is offered as a courtesy. You are more than welcome to pick up your items locally. If not we will package, charge you and send your items. If after the fact you affect our company negatively with ill feedback due to shipping charges out of our control you will not be welcome to participate in future auctions. Again, you are more than welcome to come and get your winnings at your own expense during arranged times. Many houses currently do not offer any shipping services and we are close to joining them. Do not ruin it for others by not being willing to pay for the service. Just because you win an item cheap does not mean the shipping will be the same. Sending large, heavy or multiple item packages or several packages for that matter is costly. If you do not agree do not bid...if you think different try shipping some items in your boxes with your tape and ink and packing materials and pay your employees for doing it. You will find out soon enough. There is no need to contact the auction house with your payment information. We are an APN subscriber and will be provided your credit card information through them. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover ONLY. Your credit card (on file) will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card charge backs will not be accepted. $10 fee for declined cards. Iowa residents will be charged 7% sales tax. If sale includes a firearm buyer is responsible for all transfer arrangements. Current non C&R FFLs can be emailed to michaelandassoc@aol.com prior to or within 3 days of auction close. When sending FFL copy or any correspondence please include name, bidder number, lot number and short message. michaelandassoc@aol.com

All property is described to our best capability, NO RETURNS , and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Michael and Associates Auctions and Appraisals (MAAA) may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall MAAA be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. MAAA shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. MAAA will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. MAAA is providing Internet pre-auction and live/timed bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against MAAA or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. MAAA will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. MAAA reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyer must provide MAAA with permit to purchase PRIOR to bidding on any firearm. Buyer is subject to any local and national laws pertaining to purchasing a firearm. Permits must be FAXED to MAAA with a copy of buyer's legal identification, date of auction that they expect to purchase, and permit to purchase.
