This is an auction and all sales are final. No warranty is either expressed, written or implied. We try to list these items as accurately as we can however we are not experts on all the items we sell. We offer an on-sight preview the day of auction. For those items that we sell new, if any warranty exists its between you and the manufacturer. Should you not agree with our terms, please don't bid because you will be held to them. • Everything must be paid for in full immediately following the sale and prior to the removal of any items. Online bidders are required to pay within 24 hours regardless of when you intend to pick your items up. Payment is required under these terms regardless of when you intend to pick your items up. • We accept cash, good local check with bank letter and proper ID. • To bid you must have a bidder number. When you register & show proof of proper ID you will receive a bidder number. • Everything sold today is sold “as is where is” with no warranties expressed, written, or implied. • We will be charging a buyer’s premium of 10% on all onsite purchases and 16% for Internet Bidders. Example of an onsite bidders’ purchase- If you win an item for $100 the buyer’s premium added will be $10 for a total of $110 before sales tax. • According to the State of Kentucky’s Revenue Cabinet, sales tax must be collected at today’s sale. We will accept current resale certificates on the purchase of equipment. • Today’s event features live internet bidding through Proxibid.com. You may notice that we have one dedicated Ring man whose sole responsibility is to receive internet bids. At times he may be receiving multiple bids from separate internet bidders simultaneously. If in the future you can’t attend our auction, you can still bid live online from almost anywhere as long as you have internet access. If in the unlikely event a mistake is made recording a bid, AFTER the auction is over we will play back the recording for you. Should the recording reveal a mistake, we will make the appropriate adjustments either in your favor or ours. • Do your research prior to bidding, know what you are bidding on before you bid. If you are the high bidder you will be expected to pay in full today. If you don’t intend to pay, don’t bid. • The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels is not in the best interest of the seller. • In the event that there appears to be confusion as to a tied bid or which lot is currently being auctioned, the auctioneer under his sole discretion may reopen bids to those bidders involved or he may reopen bidding to all bidders.
