PICK UP and SHIPPING AVAILABLE, VIEW DETAILS IN EACH LOT. We will work with your chosen/quoted 3rd party shipper for pick up and removal on the listed pick up/removal dates. No other dates will be available. Catalog has over 2,800 photos, they are the description; please view them all. YOUR BID shall be conclusive proof that you have made yourself acquainted with these conditions and those stated in Information and Special Terms and you have agreed to be bound by them. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see and Consignor opinion; please use your expertise when bidding. Invoices are sent to winning bidders via email immediately following the sale. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment may result in a suspended account with us and with the bidding platform. Maximum charge on credit card per bidder is $3,000. Balance must be paid with other form such as check or wire transfer. No item will be released without payment in full. Items picked up / removed in Pennsylvania will be charge the state 6% sales tax. USPS money orders or checks (which must clear before item is released) are also accepted when postmarked by the day following the sale; mail to/payable to: LEGACY AUCTION, PO BOX 224, EFFORT PA 18330. Quality packaging and shipping is expensive, especially for large, heavy, and/or valuable items. We have no control over prices charged for these services. Items not picked-up or claimed for shipment are abandoned to the auctioneer after 30 days post-sale.
