Payment Instructions: Visa/Master Card, American Express & Discover. Cash on Day of sale otherwise the Credit Card on file will be charged post auction for items won. You will receive 2 invoices for this auction. 1st will be a confirmation of items won and come from Proxibid. 2nd invoice will come from the Auction Co. 6% Maryland Sales tax will be charged unless you have a MD Tax License # or other State License information on file or faxed to us prior to invoicing. Can be emailed to jeff@amauctions.com or faxed to 410-835-0370 Payment will be processed on the Credit Card Provided on or about Monday February 4th @ 2 PM. If you wish to pay via an alternate means that is acceptable but you must notify us by 2 PM on Monday February 4th, 2017. Cash or Certified funds at pickup are acceptable forms of payment. Alternate Payments will not reduce the Buyer Premium. Payment for Items Purchased will be completed via the Auction Payment Network (APN) The Auction Co. does not have access to your Complete Credit Card Information. We communicate with APN Processing system and they actually process the card on file and then they deposit the funds into our account. Our FFL, who is an employee of the Auction Co will have access to the same CC processing system through APN. The FFL will oversee the boxing of your firearms and will process payment to the Card on file through the APN system once the shipping charges have been calculated. Buyer will be responsible for all Shipping Charges & $15 fee to log all modern Firearms off our books and out to your FFL. Firearms will not be readied for shipment until the payment information is on file and we have an FFL License to ship your firearm to. We operate on a first in first out basis so the sooner we have your payment & FFL information the quicker your items will ship. Explanation of Firearm Shipping Charges: All Modern Firearms that are on our FFL's books are subject to a $15 fee to log the firearm off our books and transfer it to your FFL dealer. MATERIALS: On Average a single firerarm will will have the cost of a new box, Foam Wrap, Bubble Wrap, Saran wrap, Peanuts/Cushioning and Labeling. This will average between $7.50-$10 for the first firearm. Additional firearms shipped in the same box are a little less each. The main cost will be the shipping charges & Insurance charges. All firearms will be shipped with adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the firearm. Additionally we require signature confirmation on most firearms to prevent firearms being left in a mailbox or sitting on someones porch. On Average firearms at our last auction ranged in between $35 and $65. It varies due to the distance of travel required and the Valued of the items being insured. A $75 .22 Cal Revolver that weights 2 lbs and travels 75 miles will less expensive than a $900 M1 Garand that weights 12 Lbs and travels 3,000 miles across the country. Items being shipped out of the State of Maryland will not be charged Sales Tax. Items picked up or shipped withing MD Subject to 6% Sales Tax.

There will be NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDING ON ANY FIREARMS. If you register for the auction and are not in a Jurisdiction that a firearm can freely and legally be shipped to your bidding account will be revoked. 2. All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. We highly recommend that the firearms be checked for their safety and ability to fire by a qualified gun repair shop/gunsmith prior to shooting. PHOTOGRAPHY NOTE: We have made an attempt to provide prospective bidders high quality photographs of all of the firearms in the Auction. Pistols will have between 5 & 10 photos and long guns will have between 15 & 20 photos. Please view each photo. We try to show closeups of areas that may have blemishes, scratched, chips, cracks. Don't just rely on the first photo. Pleas look at all of the photos presented. 3. It is the perspective bidders responsibility to ensure that the item (s) they purchase can be legally owned in their State, County or Jurisdiction. The firearms will be broken down into 6 categories. #1 ANTIQUE. An Antique is generally a firearm that is made to fire modern metallic ammunition but was made prior to 1898. No paperwork is required to transfer this type of firearm. #2 BLACKPOWDER. A Black powder firearm is not made to fire modern metallic ammunition. No paperwork is required to transfer this type of firearm. Can be exceptions. #3 CURIO & RELIC. A Curio & Relic Firearm has been designated by the by the BATFE as having collector value or is over 50 years old. Only Licensee's who have applied for and received a CURIO & RELIC LICENSE through the BATFE Qualify for this category. #4 MODERN. A Modern firearm is made after 1898 & is required to be transferred via an instant background check by an FFL dealer to transfer the firearm to you. #5 REGULATED. A Regulated Firearm is designated so by the State of Maryland & requires an instant background check & associated paperwork to be completed for the MD State Police. This covers most handguns that fire metallic cased ammunition. This paperwork requires a 7 day (Business Day) waiting period. #6 MD BANNED. This category will contain certain Assault Rifles (AR-15, AK-47, UZI, SKS w/detachable mag, ect…) that the State of Maryland has banned for transfer in the State of Maryland. This type of firearm can't be purchased by a Maryland Resident. It may be sold to residents of other States where that type of firearm is legal to purchase. THE FIREARM TYPES ARE LISTED BELOW IN THE CATALOG. AS A GENERAL RULE THESE ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNLESS A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR WAS MADE. Our FFL has the final say on this matter. If a firearm is listed as modern or regulated it is on our FFL dealers ACQUISITION & DISPOSITION (A&D) book & will not be changed, I.E. paperwork is required. The only way Firearms listed in categories #3-#6 can be transferred is through a background check, to a FFL Dealer, or if the firearm is a C&R and you have a C&R License. Only the firearms marked as C&R can be transferred as C&R. An Antique or Black Powder firearm can be shipped directly to any buyer in the U.S. If you have questions please bid before you buy as all sales are final. It is the Buyers responsibility to provide the info of an FFL to whom any & all MODERN/REGULATED/MD BANNED firearms must be shipped. Calling of Bids: Auctioneer will generally open the bidding at the current highest bid whether it be a Pre-Bid, Absentee/Phone bid or Live Bid. The Auctioneer will call as long as there is competitive bidding. The Auctioneer will generally give it 3 calls once he has reached the High Bid. Once he says "SOLD" no further internet bids will be accepted. Once the Auctioneer says sold and calls out the bidders number we have effected a contract between the Auction Co. and Buyer. Internet bidders need to be aware that there is a shot lag time in between the second that you bid and when that information is presented on our clerks screen. If the Auctioneer says "Sold" any late bids that come in online will not be honored. In short, don't wait until the clerk hits the going twice button to decide to bid. It may be to late. 8. Titles will be disbursed on auction day only if payment is made in cash or Credit Card; otherwise they will be mailed when funds clear our bank. (Approx. 10 Days) 9. Shipping Instructions for Firearms: A&M Auctioneers & our FFL will handle the shipping of all Firearms. Payment for the packing, materials, boxes, insurance, Signature Confirmation, handling & shipping of purchased lots is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping. Buyer is Responsible for a $15 Fee per Modern, Regulated or Maryland Banned Firearm for Our FFL Dealer to take the firearm off his books and Transfer it to your FFL Dealer. Buyer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping. Shipping via US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS. Shipping fees must be paid prior to the items being shipped. Shipping charges will be billed separately from the items won at auction. It may be 14-21 days time from the day that the invoice for items won is charged & the shipping charges are determined & charged. IT SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS TYPE OF SHIPPING CAN BE EXPENSIVE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOU CHOSE NOT TO HAVE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED. An Average single rifle/shotgun will cost between $30-$40 just for the UPS Shipping/Insurance charges. That is not taking into account the Packing Fee or FFL Fee. Shipping will not be available on some larger sized items. These items will be marked in the catalog. If you purchase an item marked with shipping not available the buyer will be responsible for hiring a moving/freight company and pay all associated costs. Those items will have been stored at the Auction location/ our Auction Facility at 8000 Esham Road, Parsonsburg, MD 21849. Buyer will be responsible for providing an FFL's License information to receive any and all firearms that must be transferred through a Dealer for you to complete what ever type of background check that your State or Jurisdiction requires. This will not apply to Antique or Black powder Firearms. A&M Auctioneers will handle the shipping on all High Capacity Magazines exceeding a Capacity of more than 10 rounds. It is illegal to transfer, sell or handout a magazine in the State of MD with a capacity above 10 Rounds. These magazines will only be shipped out of the State of Maryland to a Jurisdiction where they are legal. Shipping for Non-Firearm Items (Excluding High Capacity Mags): A&M Auctioneers will NOT handle the shipping of Non-Firearm items. All Non Firearm items that require shipping will be out sourced to the UPS Pack and Ship Store located in Salisbury at 1147 South Salisbury Boulevard, Salisbury, MD 21801 Phone:(410) 749-5070. Payment for the packing, materials, boxes, insurance, Signature Confirmation, handling & shipping of purchased lots is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
