PLEASE REMEMBER that grading is subjective. We have assigned grades to many of the comics in this auction. We use an experienced comic dealer and follow the standard criteria for grading comics. We try to be conservative with our grades, as we feel it is much better for you to be pleasantly surprised than somewhat disappointed. If a comic has a listed grade in the description, it means that we have inspected it inside and out and assigned that grade. On the lots and groups, a range of grades means that we have "cover graded" them without inspectiong beyond the cover. Please use the photos, descriptions, and estimated grade to help determine your own estimation of grade and value. Proxibid resizes photos to a maximum size of 1080 pixels. Black and Gold Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING... Payment is due at the end of the auction. If you wish to make arrangements other than credit card, we ask that you contact Black and Gold Auctions at least 24 hours before the auction. We will be happy to work with you in that way. If we do not hear from you, we will charge the credit card on file with Proxibid. Packing and shipping will be handled in-house on smaller items (we have many years of online shipping experience through eBay and Proxibid). If you want to pick up your items at our facility, we will be happy to work with you. Please let us know so that we do not ship them. Our carrier of choice is FedEx, with United States Postal Service as a secondary source. Large items will be the responsibility of the bidder to arrange shipping. We will cooperate in every way to facilitate the process. Please contact the auction company if you have any questions about shipping large items. We will make every effort to ship within 48 hours of auction end unless weather or unforeseeable events preclude this, in which instance you will be notified of the delay. Shipping costs for small items are actual cost plus $3 per package (not per item) packaging and handling charge to help cover material costs.
