A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids. There is a 3% Buyer's Premium discount when your total is paid in cash. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee of any kind expressed or implied. We have many dense lots with boxes of hardware, books, etc. We did not have time to open all boxes to inspect quantities and we describe all lots on a "best efforts" basis. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items in person to satisfy themselves as to condition and quantity of all lots. All winning bids must be paid in full within 72 hours of auction close, regardless of pick up arrangements. Please pay your invoice in full by 5pm on Tuesday, May 17th. Pick up times are: Monday and Tuesday: 10am to 6pm. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own personnel, equipment and supplies for removal. Many of these lots are currently in cardboard moving gondolas that are not included. Buyers must bring their own boxes to transfer purchases. If you are out of town and need your items packed to ship or palletized for freight, please let us know as soon as possible. We will get to your purchases as soon as possible and get you the weight and dimensions. We charge $2-5 per box labor to box packages less than 70lbs and will get you pricing via USPS and FedEx. Preparing Freight pallets is $25.00 and up. We can get you pricing from Freightquote for up to 3 carriers, but buyer needs to pay for and arrange their own freight. We will have use of a forklift and pallet jacks at this location at the convenience of the seller. All items not removed within the designated pick up time will be deemed abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Instructions and links for paying with American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal will be included with your invoice. You can also pay by cash or credit card in person when picking up. This auction begins closing on Saturday, May 14th at 10am CST, closing 1 lot per minute unless extended bidding goes into effect. Lots 1 will close at 11am, Lot 2 at 11:01, etc. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes before a Lot closes, the bidding is automatically extended. If any lots are pulled prior to sale closing, bidders will be notified by email as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
