Pickups are available by appointment detailed in the invoice. -If you live outside of the local area above, we will ship your items to you. Your credit card will be charged automatically 24 hours for shipping once the actual costs have been calculated and added to the invoice. Shipping is handled in house for smaller lots, please email for any shipping questions. -Shipping is only provided for smaller items -- not furniture, especially heavy, or over-sized items; buyers must make their own freight arrangements for these items. -All property is sold 'AS IS - WHERE IS'. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name.
