INTERNET ONLY AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
PAYMENT: We will issue you an invoice separate from the one that Proxibid issues shortly after the auction. You may pay using this invoice online with a credit card or you can arrange to pay in person prior to pickup. There is a 3% discount for cash purchases.
1. This auction will close on Sunday March 10th at 1:00 pm. Lots will close approximately every 60 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for two minutes after the latest bid.
2. We will host two preview periods for potential and interested buyers to inspect the assets and equipment. The preview days and times are:
Preview: Friday February 22nd from 1:30pm to 3pm and
Preview: Saturday 3rd from Noon to 2pm
Location of Preview: 900 E. Factory Road Fremont, NE (The former Campbells Soup Factory, Come aroud to the back of the property on the South side, go through the gates in back and look for vehicles).
3. The pickup of items will be on Thursday and Friday 14th and 15th from 9am to 3:30pm.

Forklift being sold is to be reserved until Friday March 22nd to ensure we can load assets out.
If more time is needed for bulk buyers after the stated pickup times, buyers must make an appointment with our office and will be billed $25.00/hr for a forklift operator and staff supervision.
Absolute last day for pickup and load out is Friday March 22nd at 4pm - Anything not picked up by that date will be forfeited and no refunds will be given. Out of state buyes must line up pickup and freight. Call or email our office for companies available for hire for loadout, freight and storage.
4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items.
5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate.
6. NOTICE: The Auction Mill will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by Friday March 15th or by special paid arrangement before Friday March 22nd. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items AND up to a $25 disposal fee per item for property not picked up by the designated date and time, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. Be sure to bring the help, manpower, boxes, carts and vehicles needed to move your items. The The Auction Mill Team will not be available to load, lift carry, move, disassemble or haul your purchases.
7. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
8. The Auction Mill reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.
9. This auction has a *Buyers Premium Percentage and NE Sales Tax. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110 or other Amount with sales tax of $6.60 for a total due of $116.60.
10. Payment accepted is MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only. Buyer's purchases will be paid with the credit card used to register for this auction.
11. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction.

This means that a final bid of $100.00 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $115.00 – If payment is made by Credit Card, an additional 5% fee will be added to the hammer price and buyers premium.
