Terms: Payment must be made with Cash or Credit Card or Check. All items must be paid for day of sale, prior to removal. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All items sold on “as is where is” basis. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material. Once the auctioneer says sold that item becomes yours. A buyer’s premium of 10% onsite or 15% online will be charged on all purchases. Firearms Terms: All Firearms Sales are Subject to current Federal, State and Local Laws. The Auction Company is a licensed FFL Dealer. All firearms will be transferred on site. Anyone purchasing a firearm will be required to complete a form 4473 or provide a current copy of their FFL Dealer’s License. Handgun purchases will require a Nebraska CHP or Permit to Purchase. Out of state buyers will be required to have an FFL or have their handguns transferred to an FFL dealer in their state of residence. No Firearms will be removed from the auction site until the auction is over, background checks and 4473 forms have been completed and payment has been made in full. Firearms can not be picked up or removed from the facility until the auction has concluded. All Firearms Shipped Across State Lines must be transferred to licensed FFL dealer. Auction Solutions, Inc. will charge a $25.00 Transfer fee for firearms transferred out of state. Multi gun discounts will be honored. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auction Solutions, inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Auction Solutions, inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auction Solutions, inc. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. All merchandise must be paid in full prior to leaving the auction site. Vehicles will be held until the check clears unless previous arrangements have been made with the auction company. Your credit card will be billed for the items you purchased as well immediately upon completion of the auction. Your credit card will be billed separately for the shipping charges once the items have been packed and shipped. Credit cards kept on file with Auction Solutions, or Proxibid that will are declined will be subject to a $35.00 transaction fee. All sales are final.
