By bidding on auction items, you agree to these terms: All items will be sold "as is where is." There are no warranties or guarantees implied by the sellers or the auction company. Nothing can be removed from the auction site until settled for with the auction company. Olson Pearson Auctions has put forth every effort in preparing for this auction. The company has done research in preparing the catalog. Printed and oral statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item prior to bidding. If the bidder has any questions prior to the auction, they should feel free to call or ask. If you bid, you buy it. Don't call us a day later asking if the item can be returned. GUN TRANSFERS: The auction company will have a gun dealer on site. The out-of-state purchaser needs to name their gun dealer. The guns will be transferred through these two dealers. Nebraska purchasers need to have a Nebraska Gun Permit in order to purchase a gun. Lots that do not need a gun permit are at the auctioneer's discretion. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A six percent (6%) buyer's premium will be added to each live successful bid. A fifteen percent (15%) buyer's premium will be added to all online successful bids. SALES TAX: Fremont, Nebraska, sales tax of seven percent (7%) will be collected on items sold to live bidders. There is no sales tax on absentee bid purchases shipped out of state. Absentee buyers are responsible for complying with their home state tax requirements. PAYMENT: Live bidders must pay before leaving the auction. CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT. Certified Checks, Money Orders, Approved Bank Checks, Cash or Wire Transfers are allowed for payment. The winning bidder will be billed for the item plus Buyer's Premium plus sales tax (if applicable) plus shipping and handling fees.
