"This impressive medieval sword dates between 1250-1350 and is consistent with Oakeshott Type XIIa or XVI, both of which were commonly used during the late High Middle Ages across Europe. It features a classic Brazil nut pommel, Style A, and a Style 6 crossguard, both characteristics of knightly arming swords of the Crusader and post-Crusade periods.
