Will ship contents out of the cabinet but WILL NOT ship the cabinet. Shipping cost may vary on this particular item based on weight. Local gunsmith valued contents between $8,000-$10,000
Payment
Accepted forms of payment for this auction include major credit cards ONLY. There is a 15% Buyer's Premium-this includes the 3% fee to run your credit card. THERE ARE NO CAPS. On top of the Buyer's Premium, sales tax applies to in state residents only. There is a $40 flat rate fee on GUNS AND SWORDS ($30 for shipping and handling and $10 for insurance-up to $600 on each item). The auction company will use due diligence to ship other items out at a more reasonable price. Your invoice could be delayed while we do this. Ammunition can be bought online but will have to be picked up at our location by Wednesday, August 30th at 12 PM EST. All items will be shipped through USPS. We DO NOT subscribe to Proxibid payments; therefore, we do NOT have your credit card information on hand. We will e-mail invoices via the e-mail address associated with Proxibid users. Please make sure this e-mail is current and be mindful to check it after the auction. After receiving your invoice, please respond promptly to odacauctions@gmail.com with credit card information AND if you bought a gun, attach the FFL where your gun will be shipped. We CANNOT ship guns without a copy of an FFL where you plan to pick up. We will run your card through our Square Reader and send you a receipt after we run it via e-mail. Please keep in mind we have the second part to our Sportsman Auction Saturday, so we prefer to communicate through e-mail instead of phone. It will be easier for us to respond. The LATEST we can accept payment is Monday, August 28th at 12 PM EST. We will ship guns out on Tuesday, August 29th.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. No adjustments made after the sale. ODAC does not guarantee any item as to usefulness or merchantability or any intended purpose. ODAC does not guarantee any year models, hours, serial numbers, etc. SC Sales Tax Laws apply to SC residents. There is a 15% Buyers Premium. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items from the auction. All items must be paid for by Monday, August 29th at 12 PM EST. If ammunition or gun safes are included in auction, these items will be for pick-up ONLY at auction location but can be bid for online. We DO NOT SHIP AMMO OR SAFES. Any items left after August 29th are subject to storage fees. Guns will be shipped out Tuesday, August 29th. Guns will be shipped to a Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL) through USPS. The buyers are responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance fees. See payment information. We CANNOT ship out firearms until we have FFL and payment. All guns and swords will be $40 to be shipped a piece. The auction company will use due diligence to ship other items at a reasonable price. Your invoice may be delayed as we work to find appropriate shipping rates. If you bid online and plan to pick up your gun, we will run a background check and there will be a $15 gun transaction fee per gun-we are an FFL Dealer. If you are a licensed FFL Dealer and come to pick up your gun, please bring a copy of your FFL license. Dealers will not be charged a gun transaction fee. FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSED DEALER (FFL) UNLESS THEY ARE AN ANTIQUE. YOU MUST SCAN AND EMAIL A COPY OF THE FFL LICENSE WHERE YOUR GUN IS TO BE SENT ALONG WITH PAYMENT BY MONDAY, AUGUST 28, 2017 BY 12:00 PM EST TO ODACAUCTIONS@GMAIL.COM.
