Item Details
The Yaste farm has recently been surveyed and will be sold on a price per acre basis based on said survey. Immediately following the auction the successful buyer will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with the seller and pay 10% of the bid price with the balance due at the time of closing on or before October 28, 2020. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing.
Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the sellers. The 2019 real estate taxes due and payable in 2020 will be paid by the sellers. The 2020 real estate taxes due and payable in 2021 will be prorated to the date of closing. Possession will be given at the time of closing subject only to the current farm tenant. There are no hunting leases associated with the property. All announcements sale day take precedence over any prior advertising, either written or oral.

Immediately following the close of the auction, the successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement. Purchase Agreement will be emailed to address on file and contract must be returned via email or fax.
Immediately following the close of the auction, the successful bidder will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit as outlined in Lot #0 - Method & Terms. Failure to execute and return contract with deposit will be considered in default.
