Sales Tax : Sales tax will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on a variety of factors including: State, City & County jurisdiction requirements, shipping to address, shipping from address and category of item purchased Internet Premium : 15% Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, and Wire Transfer Visa MasterCard Discover American Express Payment Instructions: All invoicing will be done through Proxibid. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card for any invoice under $1000, money order or wire transfer. All invoices over $1000 will need to be paid by money order, certified check or wire transfer. Please make payments out to Joel Pulley. Nebraska residents will have to pay 7% sales tax on the total including buyer's premium and shipping charges unless you provide your tax exempt information. For invoices under $1000, we will be using ATG Pay. You will pay your invoice that you receive through Proxibid with your credit card if it is less than $1000. Please notify us as to how you will be paying your invoice if it is over $1000. We do ask that you pay your invoice immediately. Currency Type: USD Shipping Instructions: All ammo must be shipped UPS ground. Most long guns will ship UPS. Multiple items will be combined to save shipping costs when applicable. Any firearm manufactured after 1898 will require a FFL for shipping with the exception of percussion firearms.
Shipping is done through Shipping Saint. We package the items and notify Shipping Saint of the info. You will receive an invoice from Shipping Saint. In that invoice will be a link that you click to pay Shipping Saint directly with your credit or debit card. We will usually select the shipper that is the lower cost of UPS or Post Office. Our gun boxes cost us $6.92 per box so we charge the customer $7 for each box we have to use in their shipment. We also include a small fee for the packing materials as well. PLEASE READ: Items are sold 'as is, where is' with no guarantees of any kind. We accept NO returns of any kind. Five Star Auctions will always work hard to provide an honest and accurate description of all items. Be sure to inspect each lot thoroughly before bidding. You may email any questions you want as long as it is at least 1 day prior to the auction. Once you have bid, that is your acceptance of the lot as is with no guarantees. Coin grades are the opinions of the seller and/or auctioneer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and grade each lot to their own satisfaction before they bid. Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Bidder should inquire with the ring person or decline to bid if they are unsure of what they are bidding on. Please do not bid if you have any doubt about the lot. Once you have won the bid, you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for the item. Five Star Auctions is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Five Star Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Five Star Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
It is up to the buyer of firearms to know and understand their federal, state and local laws governing firearms. Firearms manufactured after 1898 must be shipped to an FFL in your area. It is up to the buyer to make sure Five Star Auctions is provided with a shipping address and copy of the FFL where the firearm is to be shipped. Buyer will pay for transfer fees for their FFL and for shipping and insurance. There will be no transfer fee from Five Star Auctions.
